Help 4 HD International will offer qualifying families $50/$100, depending on family size, to go towards your holiday meal this holiday season. The program is on a first-come basis and is offered to families in the United States of America with someone living with Huntington’s disease.

This program is offered through our Family Relief Fund. This program is first come, first serve. To apply for assistance, please go to
