Help 4 HD International Room Scholarships

Help 4 HD International is helping families with room scholarships attending this year's Help 4 HD International Symposium in Orlando, Florida. To qualify, you must be traveling at least an hour or more away from the hotel, and you must be binging someone with you living with HD/JHD. You also must be planning on attending the symspoium on October 16th.  This is a first-come, first-serve program with limited space available. This scholarship will pay for Friday, October 15th, and Saturday, October 16. These rooms will be at the Rosen Centre on International Drive, where the event is taking place. Help 4 HD International reserves the right to refuse any application. All questions asked on the application must be answered completely for Help 4 HD International staff to review.
