1. This scholarship is only for individuals who are attending the Help 4 HD HIPE event on April 25th, 2026.

2. You must be in a household impacted by HD or JHD.

3. Help 4 HD reserves the right to refuse any application.

5. If you are granted the scholarship and you cannot attend for any circumstances, individuals must contact and cancel the scholarship at least a week before the event.

6. This scholarship only covers the room for two nights including taxes. All other costs, such as parking, transportation to and from the hotel, etc., will be at the attendees' own expense.
